Tuition for 2025

Tuition for ages 5-13 (Tuition Assistance available based on financial qualification)

For students enrolled in 1 class = $40/month
For students taking 2 classes = $80/month
For students taking 3 classes = $108/month (10% applied)
Tuition will be due the 1st week of every month.
Tuition = $10/class

NOTE - For families with two children = 1st child full tuition and the 2nd child ½ of the tuition

Families who can’t afford full tuition can fill out the Tuition Assistance Form and provide necessary documents to obtain what their fee will be after review/approval.

*Disclaimer: Tuition is due in full regardless of your child’s attendance. It is not prorated if your child is absent for illness, vacation, etc.

MEMBERSHIP: Borinquen Dance Theater reserves the right to cancel student membership for any reason necessary such as non-payment or late payment of tuition, disruptive or dangerous behavior. Members will be charged for all lessons up to the time you notify the studio of your decision to cancel.

Borinquen Dance Theatre Photo Release and Waiver of Liability:

I do hereby consent and agree that Borinquen Dance Theatre, its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of my child and to use them in any/all media, now and hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of advertisement and training. I further hereby release Borinquen Dance Theatre , its agents, and all its employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly, and privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I have to control the use of my child's identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording my child, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.

I consent

No liability is assumed by Borinquen Dance Theatre or its staff on behalf of the student for any accidental injury caused by the act of said student or acts of one student to another student. The person hereinafter signing the contract on behalf of said student thereafter assumes responsibility for any such injuries. I understand that appropriate touch is required during the instruction of dance, acting, and singing and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me or my child for such instruction. I hereby certify that I have knowledge of my child's physical conditions and state of health and give my consent and permission for him/her/ they/ them to participate in dance, singing, acting classes and performances at Borinquen Dance Theatre

I understand that if selected for a role I must do my part by studying my lines, being present at rehearsals, and taking direction from the instructors. I also understand that I must be present for all performances that are part of the production. I also agree to keep my grades at a 2.5 average and if it should fall under a 2.0 that I will seek out the appropriate tutoring so I can stay in the production.
